ENGAGE is the Leadership Development Stragegy for the MBC Student Ministry Team which emphasizes obedience to the Great Commandment and Great Commissions. ENGAGE is the conduit to resource and train leaders to fulfill Biblical responsibility of disciple-making and equip them to reproduce others with the same priority.
The ENGAGE leadership development conference is a joint training event for youth pastors, collegiate campus missionaries, and college student leadership. The conference is an annual event designed to provide relevant teaching and training from leadership development practitioners as well as opportunities to interact around teaching that is specific to Missouri youth and collegiate ministry. It is a great opportunity for networking and idea-sharing among those who are ENGAGED in reaching the next generation with the Gospel.
